So appropriate. I find certain people and situations bring me more awake. I follow them as they were my guru. And my goodness, my cat has practically become buddha to me. Sitting and relaxing. Eating when hungry. Thank you for all you have taught me in only a short amount of time. Good tidings my friend 🙂
