Time marches on and we experience the highs and lows, the ups and downs of it all.  Change can be frightening but the changes we are facing in our lives right now are destined and were planned long before we were born.  The Amethyst card is all about making this transformation with certainty and confidence, knowing that we are on the right path.

The Angels are encouraging us to dream big dreams, embrace the coming changes and be assured that we are ready to leave our chrysalis.  We have been through a lot of tough life lessons and it is the time to spread our wings and fly.  We are guided to clarify our visions for our future, give gratitude for where we are right now, and enjoy the ride that is to come.  The destination is more than worth it.

 February is the shortest month of the year and yet it feels twice as long as any other.  Winter in the great white north has been going on for 16 or 17 months now and we are ready for the sight of something green… and I’m not just talking about the beer on St. Paddy’s day.  But as with all things, we need to understand that there is a reason and a purpose for the bleak seasons in our life and the Angels today bring us the perfect reminder to just let it go and let it flow naturally.

We (okay I) just want what we want and we want it now, but like the natural flow of one season to the next, we (yeah… I) just have to let things unfold in the way they are meant to.  Letting go of our (MY) need to control the outcome is the only surefire way of having things happen in the best and fastest way possible.  Listen to the Angels and trust that they are supporting us in our dreams and visions of the perfect future outcome keeping in mind that sometimes they have something even better in store for us than our limited human imaginations can conjure.  So let go of the need to control and just allow the bliss to flow.  Happy Saturday!

 I don’t wanna work.  I just want to bang on the drum all day.

Is it just me or is this not the perfect card for Friday.  It’s been a long week in the salt mines and the weekend is nigh.  Have you been working too hard? The angels are reminding us today that a healthy balance between work and play is essential. When we get out of balance we end up with a whole world of stress related issues, and that is something that we all want to avoid.

Ask your angels for help in learning to delegate, to ask others for assistance and for healthy boundaries. Learn to say “no” without offering excuses. Take some time today to get out in nature, hug a tree or find some pictures in the clouds. Get out of your head and into your heart. Listen to the whispers of your soul. All is well. You are safe. Just breathe.

Signs signs, everywhere the signs.  Have you noticed some repetitive thoughts lately? Recurring dreams? Or perhaps you keep hearing the same song over and over in your head.  Sometimes an earworm is just and earworm, but sometimes it’s a message.  Pay attention to everything that happens today because you are being guided somewhere very important right now.  Is it your career?  Relationship? Will you be relocating somewhere? The answers are coming to you now.  And if you want to make it easier just go ahead and ask your Angels to clarify.

Adriana shows up when we need to be reminded that the answers we seek are accessible, if we just begin to trust the signs.  One of the surefire ways to hear the messages is to get still and silent, either through meditation or relaxation, and allow your thoughts to slow down.  It is in that space between your thought that you will find the wisdom and answers you are looking for.

Daily Halo – Monday Feb 23

We are here to walk each other home, but sometimes it seems that we come together with the specific purpose of rubbing each other the wrong way.  We try to get along… we really do, but with some people there seems to be missed communications, unintentional hurt feelings and just plain frustration and raw nerves.

The Angels bring us White Buffalo Calf Woman today with her Peace Offering to encourage us to begin to heal.  It starts within ourselves.  We let go of our harsh judgments and begin to accept that things are the way they are.  In every situation we can find something to be grateful for, and if we stretch just a bit, I bet we can find something humorous too.  If we can lighten up and let go of old animosities we can begin a new era of peace with those challenging people in our lives.  Think of them as the gritty bits of sand in the oyster shell.  Without them how would you ever be polished into a pearl?

STOP!  Just sit there.  Don’t move.  Don’t think.  Just be still for a minute.  Breathe in.  Hold it…..

 Annnnnd Breathe out.

 Things have been going way too fast lately and the Angels are imploring you to slow down and take time to be still today.  Do you meditate?  Because that is the very best way to get in touch with your Guides, Angels and that still small voice that is the essential You.  It is when you allow yourself to slip into the silence that the wisdom has a chance to be heard.  If meditation just isn’t your thing, you can find that same connection in nature.  Go for a walk in the woods.  Hug a tree.  Take your shoes off and let your toes dig into the mud (or snow… or white sandy beach).  If we take time to be apart from all of the human made stuff and noise, the Angels promise that we will be able to receive the replenishment we so richly deserve.

And if all else fails, take a nap.

As a rule, whatever is fluid, soft, and yielding will overcome whatever is rigid and hard”.  These wise words from Lao Tzu are the perfect message to accompany the Strength card today.  The Angels remind us that we live in a world of opposites – we have highs with lows, light with darkness, and love with fear.  When we embrace this paradox called life we will understand what real strength means.  It is when we seem softest that we are really at our strongest.  So embrace your strength in the kind words you use, the compassion you share and the gentleness you bring to your relationship with yourself and with others.  Go with the flow, like water. Be yielding and soft to find the strength in your very nature.

It is as blessed to give as it is to receive.  The message today is one we’ve had earlier this week and one that is worth repeating.  You are worthy.  You deserve the best.  Your Angels are reminding you that it is your Divine right to receive your highest good.  Nobody will ever be made well by your suffering.  Nobody will be healed by your sickness.  And nobody will be richer by your poverty.  Allow yourself to receive and know that you are contributing to the greatest good for the earth by being as happy as you can be.  Life loves you.  Let that love flow to you in every aspect of your existence.  By allowing your highest good you will send that vibration out to humanity.  It is in receiving that you are able to give the most.
